I reply to emails providing the email is sent from a real live person. I don't use nor do I plan on using an autoresponder with a dead end email address. .
All books ship with a delivery confirmation Postal rate increases have made it impossible to ship every thing priority mail. Books going to FPO/APOs Alaska and Hawaii do get the priority shipping. It doesn't seem right that people living in Alaska, Hawaii, or are in the military have to wait forever to recieve an order
Does your Internet Service Provider tell you any of the following things? Your phone lines are bad (almost as good as the post office lost the mail), "It must be YOUR modem, or I'd be having complaints from all my dial up clients". How this one? "You must have the modem or windows configured wrong". Huh? How? Lost the connection on two computers, two different phone lines, two different modems within minutes of each other. How could the configuration be wrong? How could it be the phone lines. Dial-up lasts two or three minutes and then you get disconnected -- and according to them its your software, hardware, or phone lines!!!

Before you lose to much online time, or spend hundreds of dollars replacing equipment, computers, rack up .00 an hour for the local phone company to repair something that may not be broken.
